About Us

NoemIQ was founded in 2012 by Chris Irwin Davis.

Dr. Davis is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at The University of Texas at Dallas. His research focus is in natural language processing (NLP) with an emphasis on knowledge representation and lexical semantics.

Prior to his academic career, Dr. Davis dedicated 15 years to leading software teams in the Fortune 500 including Nortel Networks and Texas Instruments. 2002-2007 he led the global software process & quality effort for the OMAP™ program, comprising a team of over 800 software developers.
